Introduction to the Data Governance Survey

Thank you for participating in this workshop on data governance. Your input is crucial for us to understand the current landscape of data management, policies, and practices within Lesotho's public and private sectors.

This quantitative survey is designed to collect standardized information on key aspects of data governance, including data quality, management practices, institutional capacity, and regulatory compliance. Your responses will provide valuable data to inform a national roadmap for implementing robust and effective data governance frameworks, aligning with the African Union Data Policy Framework and national priorities.

The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymized and aggregated to produce a general overview, so please be as accurate as possible in your answers. Your participation will help us assess existing strengths, identify gaps, and develop targeted strategies to strengthen Lesotho's data ecosystem.
